How long does the approval process take until I become a SmileAmbassador®?
Fill out the sign-up form in a few minutes and we will review your application within the next 5 business days, if not sooner. We thank you in advance for your patience.
How will I know if my application is approved?
Great question. Our team will carefully review your application and if yours is approved, then you'll receive a congratulatory email confirming your acceptance and some promotional assets to help you get started. Unfortunately, not everyone can be a WhiteBrights® SmileAmbassador. For denials, we will also email you that your request has been denied. Please know how much we appreciate your interest in WhiteBrights®. You are welcome to apply again after a 3 month period.
How are referrals tracked?
Upon acceptance into the SmileAmbassador® program, you will receive access to your own Ambassador dashboard. Here you can manage your affiliate links and/or coupons. When customers purchase using your link or coupon, the sale will be credited to you. You will be paid your commission for these sales. Thank you for your hardwork and dedication to WhiteBrights®. Especially with links, even if customers don’t place orders on the first visit, your SmileAmbassador® affiliate cookie will be stored in their browsers and devices - which still earns you commissions when they later purchase as long as the cookie hasn't expired. We give our SmileAmbassadors® a 180 day period on all referral links. 30 days is normal but we like to spoil you!
How do I get paid with your affiliate ambassador program?
Our SmileAmbassador® affiliates get paid directly to the payment account of their choice, or with discounts and/or S'Miles! through our Smile High Club® Frequent Smilers Program
When do I get paid with your SmileAmbassador® affiliate program?
When you successfully bring in orders, our audit committee will review these orders and pay you for your commissions.
